Girls' Generation (Korean: 소녀시대) is a nine-member South Korean electropop girl group formed by S.M. Entertainment in 2007. The members are:Taeyeon (Leader), Jessica, Sunny, Tiffany, Hyoyeon, Yuri, Sooyoung, Yoona and Seohyun. They are also referred to as SoShi (소시) or SNSD, abbreviated forms of the group's Korean name Sonyeo Shidae.
